Terms and conditions


These terms and conditions of sale of the Pure Cosmetics e-shop (hereinafter: E-shop) are valid when purchasing from the Pure Cosmetics e-shop from the Internet address www.purecosmetics.ee.

The seller of the goods is Pure Cosmetics OÜ (hereinafter: the Seller), registry code 14286684.

The Terms and Conditions apply to the legal relations between all persons (hereinafter: the Customer) and the Seller arising from the purchase of goods via the Pure Cosmetics e-store.

The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally change the Terms of Sale. All Terms of Sale are published at https://www.purecosmetics.ee/muugitingimused/.

When registering as a Pure Cosmetics user and / or making a purchase, the Terms of Sale of this Agreement apply. In addition to the terms of sale, the rights and obligations arising from the legislation of the Republic of Estonia apply to making a purchase from the e-store.


The Seller reserves the right to adjust the Sales Prices.

If the customer makes a purchase before the price changes, the previous price applies to him.

All Sales Prices are shown in Euros and include 20% VAT.

Discount codes of Pure Cosmetics Estonia e-store are valid for full price products unless otherwise stated. For individual products in the product category “Value products” with a discount of at least 30%, the sales date is less than 3 months.


The order can be placed in the Pure Cosmetics e-shop as an unregistered user (as an anonymous customer) and as a registered user.

The customer chooses the products and quantity that suits them from the e-shop. Once the product and quantity have been selected, it must be placed in the “Shopping Cart”. To view the shopping cart, the customer clicks on the “Shopping Cart icon” in the upper right corner.

The shopping cart allows you to add, delete and change product quantities. Products are saved in the shopping cart for 60 minutes.

The unregistered Customer will then enter his / her billing information and select a suitable delivery method.

The Registered Customer can save the billing data and all you have to do is choose the delivery method.

To order the products, the Customer presses the “Confirm shopping cart” button and pays for the goods in the payment environments offered by the Seller.

The customer pays the sale price of the goods and the delivery fee in full in advance for the order.

Payment takes place outside the e-shop in a secure environment – when paying with a bank link in the secure environment of the respective bank and when paying with a credit card in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS.

The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank and credit card details.

After making the transfer, the Customer must click the “Back to Merchant” button.

The Seller will send the Customer a confirmation e-mail and an invoice regarding the receipt of the order and payment.

The sales contract between the Seller and the customer enters into force upon receipt of the purchase amount paid by the customer in full to the Seller’s current account.

The Seller shall repay the Customer for the goods that cannot be assembled within 14 days at the latest.

By ordering from the e-shop, the customer confirms that he has read and agrees to the Pure Cosmetics Terms of Sale.


The goods can be ordered from SmartPOST, DPD and Omniva parcel machines. In addition, it is possible to order goods at home or in the office with a DPD courier.

It is possible to pick up the goods yourself at the Pure Cosmetics Estonian representative store at Kohila 2a, Tallinn Mon-Fri 10:00 – 18:00.

After receiving the transfer, we will send the customer a confirmation e-mail stating the date and time when the parcel is ready for collection.

Pure Cosmetics assembles the products purchased by the Customer within 1-3 working days.

During the campaign period, we will assemble the products within 6 working days!

If the goods were marked “for re-ordering” when ordering the goods, the assembly may take up to 7 working days.

Delivery of the goods varies according to the chosen mode of transport and the goods will reach you within a maximum of 2 working days after assembly.

Pure Cosmetics is not responsible for the delay in delivery of the goods if the goods have been handed over to the logistics partners on time, but the delay in delivery is due to circumstances that Pure Cosmetics could not foresee or influence.

If the customer does not pick up the goods within 14 calendar days (upon receipt of the notice of arrival of the goods at the parcel machine), the seller considers that the customer has canceled the order and the seller returns the purchase amount to the customer immediately, but not later than within 14 calendar days.


When buying from the purecosmetics.ee online store, the warranty and return procedure prescribed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia apply to the goods.

The purchased goods have a 14-day right to return the goods upon receipt, in accordance with § 56 of the Law of Obligations Act.

In order to exercise the right of return, the consumer must submit an application to info@purecosmetics.ee, but not later than within 14 days after receipt of the goods.

The returned goods must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. The wrapper must not be removed.

All returned products are the responsibility of the customer as long as they reach the Pure Cosmetics warehouse.

The customer must make sure that everything is packed correctly and the risk of the product being damaged during transport is completely ruled out.

The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Customer, unless the reason for the return is non-compliance with the ordered or defective goods.

Pure Cosmetics will refund the money no later than within 14 calendar days of receiving the notice of withdrawal. Products whose use (or non-use) cannot be controlled cannot be returned. For example, mascaras.

Please submit all complaints by e-mail to Pure Cosmetics customer support info@purecosmetics.ee.

Pure Cosmetics will refund the cost of shipping to the Consumer in full if the reason for the withdrawal is a defective, incorrect, damaged product or it does not meet its description upon receipt.

If there is a shortage of goods, the goods are replaced by the same goods, unless the corresponding goods are no longer for sale.

If the respective goods are no longer for sale, then at the Customer’s choice the goods are replaced or the sales contract is terminated and the cost of the goods is returned to the Customer.

The customer has the right to rely on the legal remedies provided by law in the event of non-compliance of the goods with the terms of the contract.

Withdrawal from the contract is also considered to be cases where the customer does not pick up the goods within 14 days or does not pick up the goods from the post office within 7 calendar days. In such cases, we will return the purchase amount together with the postage immediately, but not later than within 14 calendar days, to the same current account from which the purchase was paid for.

Pure Cosmetics shall not be liable for any damages incurred if the delivery of the goods is delayed due to circumstances beyond Pure Cosmetics’ s foreseeability or influence.


Pure Cosmetics OÜ is the chief processor of personal data in the e-shop. The customer is responsible for the activities he performs using the e-store user account.

By registering as a user, the customer is responsible for the right of the transferred personal data.

The Seller uses the personal data provided by the Customer based on the Terms of Sale and the conditions provided by the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.

The seller has the right to process the personal data / purchase data provided by the customer, which are necessary for fulfilling the order submitted in the customer’s e-shop.This includes the processing of data in accordance with applicable law.

The seller registers the following personal data of the customer when making a purchase from the e-store:

  • First and last name
  • Phone number
  • E-mail address
  • Postal address required to deliver the goods to the customer

Purposes of the processing of personal data

The seller uses the customer’s personal data to process and fulfill orders.

The seller uses the customer’s personal data to communicate with the customer in case of problems related to orders – customer support (incorrect data, problems with order fulfillment, etc.).

The seller uses the customer’s purchase history data (goods, quantity, customer data, date) to compile an overview of the goods.

The seller uses the customer’s purchase history data (goods, quantity, customer data, date) to study consumer habits.

The seller uses the customer’s bank account number to return payments to the customer.

The IP address or other network identifiers of the e-shop user are processed in order to provide the e-shop as an information society service and to compile web usage statistics.

Transfering of personal data to third parties

Only authorized persons have access to the customer’s personal data.

The seller may transfer the customer’s personal data in order to fulfill a legal obligation (eg accounting and consumer dispute resolution).

The customer’s first and last name, telephone number and e-mail address will be forwarded to the transport service provider chosen by the customer.

If the customer has chosen “courier delivery” as the mode of transport, the seller will provide the customer’s address in addition to the contact details.

Pure Cosmetics OÜ is the chief processor of personal data, Pure Cosmetics OÜ forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

Modification and deletion of personal data

The seller takes all measures to protect the customer’s personal data.

Personal data can be accessed, corrections can be made and the online store’s user profile can be made.

If the purchase has been made as an unregistered user, personal data can be accessed via customer support. To delete personal information, contact customer support via email.

A request for erasure shall be answered no later than within one month and the period for erasure of data shall be specified. The customer’s personal data is stored in the seller’s data system for 2 years.


The e-mail address is used for sending direct marketing messages only if the customer has given written consent. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter by selecting “unsubscribe from the newsletter” in the direct marketing message header or by contacting customer support (5158171, info@purecosmetics.ee).

Settlement of disputes related to the processing of personal data

Disputes related to the processing of personal data are resolved through customer support (5158171, info@purecosmetics.ee). If the customer finds that the seller has violated the customer’s rights in processing personal data while performing the e-store services, the customer has the right to apply to the Data Protection Inspectorate and the court.


Pure Cosmetics is liable for non-compliance or defect of the goods sold to the Customer, which already existed at the time of delivery and which becomes apparent within two years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer.

In the case of sale of goods by customers, it is presumed that the non-compliance with the terms and conditions of the contract within six months from the date of delivery to the Customer existed at the time of delivery, unless such presumption is contrary to the nature of the thing or defect.

The Customer undertakes to notify the Seller of the non-conformity of the goods no later than within two months of its discovery (submit a written claim).

Please submit all complaints by e-mail to Pure Cosmetics customer support info@purecosmetics.ee. The claim must state: Customer’s first and last name. Customer contact details – telephone number and / or e-mail address. Date of submission of the claim. Information about the goods that are the content of the claim.

The document certifying the perforance of the transaction or the guarantee must also be referred to or a copy must be attached to the complaint.

Pure Cosmetics will respond to the complaint within at least 7 working days after receiving the complaint.

If it is not possible to respond to the claim within 7 working days, Pure Cosmetics will notify the Customer who submitted the claim in writing, adding the reason for the delay and the deadline by which the Customer will receive a response.

Pure Cosmetics is not responsible for the occurrence of defects in the product through the fault of the Customer, for defects that have arisen as a result of irregular use of the product or storage.

Deficiencies include defects in the product, but not defects in the product packaging. If the product does not comply with the terms of the contract, the product has defects, the Customer has the right to demand repair or replacement of the product.

If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, fails or causes unreasonable inconvenience to the Customer, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and demand a refund. Disputes between the Seller and the Customer are resolved through negotiations.

If no agreement is reached, the Customer has the right to apply to the Consumer Protection Board http://www.tarbijakaitseamet.ee and the Consumer Disputes Committee http://k committees.ee for out-of-court settlement of disputes or to the Harju County Court. The European Union’s electronic environment for resolving complaints with e-traders, which is open to all Customers, is also the ODR platform at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
